To ensure your dress arrives in time for the weekend, bookings for Friday to Sunday events close at 12:00pm (AEST) every Tuesday.
DELIVERY DATES
The delivery date you select is the date your parcel is expected to arrive. Please select a delivery date at least 1-2 days before your event to allow plenty of time for your order to arrive.
Your return date is the date your hire must be lodged for return using the prepaid return satchel provided.
CLEANING INFORMATION
Please don't attempt to wash or dry clean your hire garment. All dresses are professionally cleaned and cared for by our team after every rental. If your dress becomes marked during your hire, simply return it as normal, we'll take care of the rest.
DISCLAIMER
Our dresses are pre-loved and have been enjoyed by previous customers. As a result, some garments may have light signs of wear. If you would like to inspect the condition of a dress before placing your order or hiring, please contact us and we'll happily provide additional images.
SHIPPING + RETURNS
A prepaid return satchel is included inside every order. Simply place your dress back into the satchel after your hire and post it at your nearest Australia Post.
